We regularly train on Wednesday nights and Friday nights at Croft Park Kelso.
Our training nights are a mixture of core drills, forwards and backs training, short games and new skills. New and returning players are always welcome at our training sessions.
We all start at the beginning at some point!
These sessions are usually run throughout June. These are for engaging with women who are curious about Rugby, how we train and whether it is for them. Literally a come along and try it out.
Most of the time people come along to 'come and try' and end up staying with us for the new Season.
